Bad Composition 2
This picture is another example of bad composition. The picture is lacking in balance, and again, the object of focus is in the center of the frame. There's also no real perception of proportion or movement within the picture. One way to make this picture a better composition is to capture the flowers from an angle, taking it out of the center of the frame. Also, getting closer to the flowers would give a better sense of dominance and repetition within the shapes of the pedals and leaves.
Bad Composition 1
Here is an example of bad composition. The object is in the center of the frame, or "in jail," and there is a concrete block intruding up from the bottom. There's also no movement or variety within the picture, and it's lacking in unity, making this a perfect example of bad composition.

Good Composition 2
Here is another photo that has good composition. First and foremost, the image is not centered in the frame which allows more color and texture, from the ground, to come into the picture. Also, being up close to the lantern gave it a sense of dominance as it seems to be the focal point of the picture.
Good Composition 1
Here is an example of good composition as this photo has a large variety of colors and shapes. Each part of the pictures has different shades of color, keeping the image appealing. This photo also has a lot of repetition within the leaves and pedals of the flower. I took this photo at an angle as well, which gave a better view of the flower pedals curling inward.
