Texture Assignment

Due to the extensive amount of rain, I found a few different textures inside my house and used them.

Top Left: A porcelain plate with a smooth texture. The plate had roses etched out in them, although it's hard to see in the image. 
Top Right: A metal tray I found that had a smooth texture, but was also lined with  rough and circular grooves.
Center: Taken from wood, which had a very smooth surface.
Bottom Left: Probably the most interesting texture as I took it from the top of the wood stove. The texture was very rough and gritty.
Bottom Right: Another interesting texture I found as it's taken from a woven basket. You can see the woven lines depicted in the box.

Shapes Assignment

Here is a picture of geometric shapes as we see rectangles of various sizes , as well as a knob in the shape of a circle. 

                  Here is a picture of a fan blade case, which represents a pattern of nonobjective shapes.

 The shape of the wake board represents the positive shape, and the dark wall as the background represents the negative shape.

 In this image, the top of the cup represents the negative shape, and the wood around the cup represents the positive shape.

In this image, we see mulch which is made up of many rectilinear and curvilinear shapes, which represent biomorphic shapes. We also see the tips of a plant in the upper left part of the picture, which also represents a biomorphic shape.
